SpikeNoise (salt and pepper noise) reduction plugin
Description:
In most cases, SpikeNoise will be observed in microscopy images.
Usually, median filter is used to remove this noise.
However, median processing will be performed on pixels that are not noise, and the entire image will be blurred.
This plug-in determines SpikeNoise and performs median processing on pixels determined to be noise.
